Add the Shopify SMS app to your online store here πŸš€

Example: “WatchMakerShop.com: Hello John, we noticed there are still products in your shopping cart. Stocks are running out fast! Make sure to check out today! To optout, text STOP”

This is the default Shopify shopping SMS alert. It will be automatically populated in your SMS flow campaign.

{site_name}: Hello {first_name}, we noticed there are still products in your shopping cart. If you're ready to complete your order, you can easily access your cart at {checkout_url} and finalize the checkout. To optout, text STOP

It will trigger an SMS alert when the shopping cart is finalized, or the client has cleared the shopping cart and started again. An SMS alert can be sent to the customer as early as 15 minutes up to 48 hours from the time the unfinished shopping cart was left unattended.

USA text message rules and guidelines allow only 1 SMS per abandoned shopping cart checkout. The text message must be sent within 48 hours of the first checkout attempt.  Abandoned cart SMS alert must also include opt-out text to allow recipients to immediately unsubscribe.  ProTexting provides all those features built-in and ready in each text message flow and campaign.

NOTE: All other SMS cart alerts in Shopify need to be deactivated in order for this functionality to work properly.

Also, the feature provides support for data tags – names, store name, shopping cart URL, etc.  Long SMS up to 480 characters.

Example of available stats:

Total sent SMS: 6

Completed orders: 3

Total revenue: 97.33 USD

Success rate: 50%

* All stats can be filtered by date and showing the store currency.
