REMEMBER, the keyword you choose for your company, will be the catch phrase that represents your BRAND or CAMPIGN trigger. Your keyword gets sent in a text message to your Short Code for opting in. When creating a KEYWORD keep in mind the following: Make it catchy so it attracts attention and sticks not only into peoples heads, but also their mobile devices. Make it related to your brand, products, services, company or specific campaign that you are running. Keep it short and simple because the auto-correct feature on some mobile phones may change it. When creating an Auto-Reply Message keep in mind: Personalize it by possibly saying "Thank you for joining the list" or similar to show the customer interaction. Do not make it too long, you are given only 135 characters (including automatic reply from ProTexting).
