3. How do I access the AI feature in ProTexting?

You can access the AI feature while composing your message. It is available in both Single and Group Messaging.

Here’s how:

1. Log in to your ProTexting account.

2. Go to Messaging > Send Group SMS & MMS.

3. Fill out your campaign name and begin composing your message.

4. Look for the blue "Suggest AI text" button in the lower-right area of the message box (see screenshot below).

5. Click this button to generate a suggested message.

The AI will analyze the campaign context and provide you with a ready-to-use message suggestion that you can insert, edit, or regenerate.

4. Can I edit the AI-generated text?

Yes, the AI-generated text is fully editable. After it appears in the message box, you can customize it to better match your tone, target audience, or campaign objective.

5. Is there a cost to use the AI feature?

Currently, using the AI text suggestion feature does not cost extra credits. However, sending the actual SMS or MMS still consumes credits as per your plan.

6. Will the AI suggest different types of content?

Yes, the AI can tailor content depending on your campaign type—whether it’s for promotions, appointment reminders, events, or alerts. Simply click "Suggest AI text" and it will generate content based on your context.

7. What if I don’t like the suggestion?

No problem! You can:

• Edit the suggested message manually.

• Click "Suggest AI text" again to receive a new variation.

• Ignore the suggestion and write your own message.
