How to set up a dedicated Long Code Auto-Reply Message?


The default auto-reply will be sent back for all incoming SMS, except a match for SMS or MMS keyword, reply, help, and stop messages.  If none of the previous cases is found, the system will send back the first default auto-reply. Then, if two or more incoming text messages are texted in, the system will send back the second alternative auto-responder message.
