Custom fields

In the Web Sign-Up Form, when choosing the fields for your form, you might want to add a field not offered by default. If so, Click on “Add/Edit Custom Fields”. 

Simply write the field name that you would like to add to your form and click “Add”.  Now your custom form will become open to be added to your form.
