What are Sub-Keywords?
Just like any keywords, Sub-keywords are words that trigger an automated response. However, it is attached to a main keyword and it will only work after its main keyword is triggered.
Example A:
Keyword: JOIN
Auto-Response: Thank you for joining! Will this be your first time attending this event? Please reply YES or NO.
Sub-keyword 1: YES
Auto-Response: We’re glad that you have decided to finally join us! We look forward to seeing you soon!
Sub-keyword 2: NO
Auto-Response: We’re glad to have you back! We look forward to seeing you again soon!
Example B:
Keyword: FEEDBACK
Auto-Response: Please let us know the level of customer service you have experienced today. Please reply GREAT, OKAY, BAD
Sub-keyword 1: GREAT
Auto-Response: We’re glad that you had an amazing customer experience with us! We look forward to serving you again!
Sub-keyword 2: OKAY
Auto-Response: Thank you for the feedback. Please let us know if you have any suggestions on how we can further improve our customer service.
Sub-keyword 3: BAD
Auto-Response: I’m sorry you had a terrible experience with us. Please let us know how we better improve your customer experience in the future.
