How to resubscribe to SMS campaigns if number is opted-out?

Anyone who has opted out can text your keyword to the shortcode from their mobile device to resubscribe. 

If you have opted out or unsubscribed a person's phone number from the system, that person will also need to text your keyword to resubscribe. 

To view your keywords, login to your ProTexting account and go to Keywords >> My Keywords.
